Salute to Lakas ng Nagkakaisang Manggagawa sa Fuji Electric Philippines Inc (LNMFEP-OLALIA-KMU) for the successful conclusion of their Collective Bargaining Agreement on July 17!
The workers achieved the following victories:
✅ ₱50 annual wage increase from 2025 to 2027
✅ Seniority pay for workers
✅ Allowances for rice, food, and leave
✅ Other benefits
They achieved this victory because they dared to take action under the leadership of their genuine, militant, and anti-imperialist union. Even up to the signing, workers continued their mobilizations through symposiums and noise barrages to protest the stinginess of Fuji Electric Philippines!
The success of LNMFEP-OLALIA-KMU proves the power of collective action in achieving meaningful victories!
